Refund policy

Access fees

The one-off access fee unlocks a working relationship with a statistician. It is refundable in full if the statistician does not respond within five working days, or if they decline the engagement.

Project payments

Funds released to a statistician for completed work are not automatically refundable. If the delivered work materially differs from the agreed scope recorded in the project, open a dispute within fourteen days of delivery.

Automated analysis

If an automated run fails or returns no computable results, no charge applies. Where a paid run produced a demonstrable computation error, we will re-run it at no cost or refund it.

Disputes

Raise a dispute from the project page. Our team reviews the brief, the on-platform messages and the delivered files, and aims to decide within ten working days. Off-platform arrangements cannot be reviewed or protected.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.
