Data protection and research files

Uploaded datasets are stored in private, account-scoped storage. Analysis, filtering and export preparation run on the server. Time-limited download links are issued only after the server confirms ownership and the applicable payment or administrator approval.

Project files are limited to the project owner, assigned statistician and authorised administrators under role-based rules. Statistician deliverables remain unavailable to the client until the accepted service package is recorded as paid, while administrators can review access and security events.

No system can make unsuitable data safe to upload. Remove direct identifiers where possible, minimise every dataset, keep your own secure backup and do not upload classified or government-restricted information.
