By accessing or using Statif.com ("Statif", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Statif is an educational, AI-assisted analytical reference tool for learning and research support. All statistical outputs must be independently verified by you before use in any academic, clinical, financial or professional context.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or completeness. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for the data you upload and the conclusions you draw. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

The statistician marketplace connects you with independent statisticians. Statif facilitates communication and payment tracking but is not a party to the professional advice exchanged; you are responsible for evaluating any statistician's suitability for your project.

We process the information you provide (account details, uploaded datasets, messages and analyses) solely to deliver the service. Uploaded datasets are associated with your account and used to generate your analyses; we do not sell your data.

Transactional emails (verification, password reset and marketplace notifications) are sent through our email provider. In the statistician marketplace, personal contact details in messages are automatically masked to keep conversations on-platform.

You may delete your datasets and charts at any time from your dashboard. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.

You agree not to misuse Statif: no uploading of unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, and no use of the platform to harass, defraud or impersonate others.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and analyse any data you submit, including personal or sensitive information. Do not upload data you are not authorised to process.

Automated scraping, resale of the service, or circumventing tier limits and access controls is prohibited.

Statif uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. These are required for the app to function.

We do not use advertising cookies. Any analytics, if enabled, are used only to understand aggregate usage and improve the product.

Core tools (Analyze, Sample Size, Tests & Formulas and the Citation Generator) are free. Where paid tiers or statistician projects apply, refund eligibility is assessed case by case.

For statistician projects, payment is confirmed on finalisation; if work was not delivered as agreed, contact us before a project is finalised so we can help resolve it.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls, encrypted transport and scoped storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the dashboard controls or contact us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
